    Superb

This is what you want as a business traveller fed up with the uniformity of business hotels:clean and confy room, nice and lively village pub offering good food and wide variaty of drinks.

    Fabulous

Basic accomodation but the rooms and the Pub itself were very clean. A variety of meals at reasonable prices served by friendly staff and situated in a nice little village just outside of Leamington Spa. We have no hesitation at all of recommending it we will certainly return. Great value for the money

    Very good

The inn suited our needs in that we wanted to stay in the area to attend a family gathering.

Although we were booked in, the owner did seem to be expecting us ,but let us have the room anyway.

    Very good

Great old world pub with atmosphere and with real food with some good steak offers on the menu.

The room was cold when I arrived and took some time to warm up it would have been better if the heating had a background level that kept the room aired and more welcoming. The décor in the bathroom was a bit rustic but it all worked well.

    Fabulous

Very pleasent stay, hotelstaff were friendly and helpful. The village location is quiet and pituresque. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Would stay again.

If the public house was busy, the noise could be an issue in the room I was in.

    Fabulous

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and the breakfast excellent. The location was ideal for the Stoneleigh Agricultural Centre.

    Very good

The beer and food are pretty good, the room is basic but comfy, good value for the money

Could do with a decent telly with freeview and a remote control, certainly in room 5

    Fabulous

The hotel provided just what we needed - lunch on arrival, a clean and comfortable room and a pleasant, healthy breakfast.

    Very good

the room was quiet clean and functional

this is a B@B not an hotel, so thats not a fair question. Basically its a room attatched to a pub, it serves a useful purpose. They advertise a continental breakfast but did serve a full english - but didn't tell me. They could communicate a little better.

    Fabulous

Room clean and bed very comfortable. Pub food very good

Had booked 2 rooms for myself and a colleague - they had lost the second room booking which was awkward. Colleague had to stay with a work associate nearby. Breakfast is cereal and toast - no cooked available.

    Very good

I like the convenience, privacy, clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff and proprietor were helpful and attentive to our needs.

Our room was very close to the back entrance of the inn which was a bit noisy the first night we didn't go out.

    Exceptional

Comfortable and clean, good sized bed, fold up bed also available, extremely roomy with desk and chair, freeview tv, bath and shower, good privacy, lovely bar / restaurant serving good home cooked food at excellent prices. Plenty of parking into the bargain, what more could you wish for.

Only complaint was the cooked breakfast - no consideration given to customer's wishes for breakfast, it was just brought out to you, not even a question of fried or scrambled eggs. I can understand the problems encountered if someone reckons they are entitled to request a mountain of food, but most people will order appropriately. Personably I just can't eat eggs but there it was, skillfully balanced on top of my breakfast just waiting to burst and ruin everything. Also, fried bread always makes a breakfast seem greasy and is not everyones choice. They allow you unlimited cereal, toast, juice, yoghurt etc with the free continental breakfast, surely at £5-95 extra they could risk you asking for a 2nd sausage. PS I hope they take this as constructive criticism as I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return same time next year.
